Software Engineer (1105, 1106)
Design, build test and document embedded microprocessor products. Support problem resolution for new and sustaining programs. Take on special technical projects as needed. Be able to work in a cross-functional team environment. Focus on the timely achievement of goals and objectives Construct solutions to unforeseen design problems in a timely manner Analyze customer and internal requirements for new or enhanced display systems Develop and write design specifications. Architect software components for maximum reusability. Design software to meet product specifications. Develop software application using disciplined software development processes. Make moderate to complex modifications to existing software applications and modules in accordance with written specifications and industry standards. Produce documentation according to current process standards (e.g. requirements, design, functional specifications, release notes, etc.).
Participate in meetings to identify and solve problems before, during and after software implementation. BSCE/BSEE/MSCS/MSEE; 5+ years experience.
