FW Murphy Industrial Panel Division Promotes Convenience, Customization
TULSA, OK, APRIL 15– FW Murphy has announced a reorganization that creates a separate Industrial Panel Division, an independent segment of the company with resources dedicated solely to the sale, design and manufacturing of customized and standard panels.
The new division will focus primarily on the industrial stationary, off-highway, gen-set and marine markets.
“We have always built panels,” said Chris Wunsch, manager of the Industrial Panel Division, “but now the organization has dedicated resources from manufacturing, engineering, planning and application sales.”
Though Murphy has been manufacturing panels for more than 50 years, the newly-created area represents an increased focus on the growing industrial panel market. The Industrial Panel Division provides a full-service solution to the panel market, with resources dedicated entirely to delivering standard and custom panels.
“As an independent unit, we can react quicker to the needs of the market,” said Wunsch. “We’ll be able to deliver increased efficiency, streamlined communications and a team-dedicated focus for our customers.
“Serving these markets’ panels requires a slightly different business model, and this division is completely focused on delivering it to our customers,” Wunsch said.
